Aaron and Hur Ministry
“But Moses’ hands were heavy and he grew tired. So, they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it. Then Aaron and Hur held up his hands, one on one side and one on the other side; so, it was that his hands were steady until the sun set” Exodus 17:12.
This ministry serves as ambassadors of encouragement and faith. The focus is to care, collaborate, and support those who lead and serve. To work in their community through strategic initiatives and individual care.
Beyond Sunday Ministry
“Whatever you do [whatever your task may be], work from the soul [that is, put in your very best effort], as [something done] for the Lord and not for men” Colossians 3:23.
A birthday isn’t simply an individual gain. It reminds us of God’s love and His unique plan for us. This ministry will celebrate members by recognizing birthdays, marriage anniversaries, work anniversaries, and any reason to celebrate.
Bloom Women’s Ministry
“Strength and dignity are her clothing, and her position is strong and secure; and she smiles at the future. She opens her mouth in skillful and godly wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue [giving counsel and instruction” Proverbs 31:25–26.
They flourish where God has planted them. This ministry will encourage and equip women to grow in their faith by building a supportive and nurturing Christian sisterhood. This ministry will serve the church and community through love and action by providing discipleship and mentorship for women of all ages.
Compassion Care Ministry
“For I was hungry and you gave Me something to eat… I was sick and you looked after Me… I was in prison and you visited Me” Matthew 25:35-40.
This ministry is rooted in God’s heart for the marginalized, the sick, the poor, and the oppressed. Scripture calls believers to reflect Christ’s mercy through acts of kindness, service, and advocacy.
Faithful Hands Ministry
“For if either of them falls, the one will lift his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and does not have another to lift him up” Ecclesiastes 4:10.
This ministry recognizes that every act of service no matter how small contributes to the advancement of God’s kingdom and strengthening of the church family. They are committed to using time, talent and treasure to support the work of the church through acts of service, care, special projects, church site set up and events support serving where needed.
Fishers of Men
“And He said to them, Follow Me [as My disciples, accepting Me as your Master and Teacher and walking the same path of life that I walk], and I will make you fishers of men” Matthew 4:19.
The purpose is to fulfil the great commission by reaching people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ by building relationships within our community and connecting individuals to the lifechanging love of God. Through outreach, evangelism, visitation, community engagement, and personal witness we seek to cast the net of God’s grace and bring souls into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Good Samaritan Ministry
“But a Samaritan (foreigner), who was traveling, came upon him; and when he saw him, he was deeply moved with compassion [for him]” Luke 10:33
This ministry will demonstrate the love and compassion of Jesus Christ by caring for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of others through acts of kindness and service. Christ command to love our neighbor and provide a visual expression of God’s mercy within church and ministry. This ministry involves bereavement support, meals during illnesses, transportation assistance, community care initiatives and support for members experiencing hardships.
Men of Integrity
“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens and influences another through discussion” Proverbs 27:17.
Evangelizing men to salvation and integrating them into the church community. Establishing men in spiritual maturity through Bible study, prayer groups, and small group fellowship. Equipping men for ministry by helping them discover and use their spiritual gifts in service to the church and community. Extending men on mission to impact workplaces, neighborhoods, and the broader world with God’s message and service
One Voice Worship Ministry
“So that with one accord you may with one voice glorify and praise and honor the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ” Romans 15:6.
The purpose is to glorify God by leading His people into authentic Christ-centered worship. Through music, song, and praise. United in purpose and spirit, we strive to be one voice that exalts Jesus Christ, encourages the body of believers and creates an atmosphere where hearts are transformed by the presence of God.

This ministry is a dedicated team of servants committed to supporting, encouraging and strengthening Pastoral leadership through prayer, service, hospitality and care. Uplift Pastor, practical assistance, spiritual encouragement and acts appreciation to allow the pastor to remain focused on prayer, preaching and teaching and shepherding God’s people.

This youth ministry is designed to guide children in learning about and following Jesus through age-appropriate activities, Bible teaching, and family engagement. Whether working directly with children or supporting behind the scenes, you will assist with creating an environment where kids grow in their relationship with God and love coming to church. Shape the future generation by serving our children.
Rooted in Love
“This is a profound mystery—but I am talking about Christ and the church. However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband” Ephesians 5:32-33.
The Marriage Ministry seeks to bring all married couples to the point where they purposely and intentionally live out the ministry of marriage as taught in God’s word. To build strong marriages using God’s model of the relationship between Christ (The Groom) and His church (the Bride). Further, the Marriage Ministry aims to equip couples with relational tools to aid in building a healthy relationship, and to promote God’s design for marriage.
Servant Leaders Ministry
“But this is not how it is among you; instead, whoever wishes to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wishes to be first and most important among you must be slave of all” Mark 10:43-44.
The body of spiritual mature leaders called to serve the church through humble leadership, compassionate care and faithful stewardship. Following the example of Jesus Christ, who came not to be served but to serve. The seek to strengthen the church by meeting needs, promoting unity, supporting Pastoral leadership and congregational care.
Ushers & Greeters - First Touch Ministry
“But the stranger who resides with you shall be to you like someone native-born among you; and you shall love him as yourself, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt; I am the Lord your God” Leviticus 19:34.
The focus will be to create a warm, welcoming, Christ-centered experience for every person who enters our church. Ensuring that all guests and members feel valued, loved, and connected from the parking lot to their seat.
Vision Partners Ministry
“For we are God’s fellow workers [His servants working together]; you are God’s cultivated field [His garden, His vineyard], God’s building” 1 Corinthians 3:9.
This ministry is to encourage support and assist the Pastor with leading PBC in fulfilling God’s vision while promoting unity, excellence and servant leadership. This ministry will seek opportunities to advance the vision.
